●Position Overview
・Work with Commercial team,R&D,Bottlers and Suppliers to provide New Sales Equipment as strategic tool to achieve BP according to market needs.
・Manage new equipment commercialization process to ensure successful equipment launches that meet schedule requirements,market demands and financial goals in Japan BU.
・Secure all our sales equipment in-market to serve products with our quality standard.
・Manage filed information and cope with major equipment troubles happen in the market.
・Exchange information with global our equipment society about the equipment specification and performance criteria
●Function Specific Activities
・Implement commercialization strategy and process,to achieve BU long term target
・In-depth argument with bottlers to clarify their issue so that providing best solution with mixture of appropriate equipment
・Develop Dispensers/Coolers/Vending Machines and relative parts by utilizing existing technology to create additional value on the equipment.
・Approval of new sales equipment to be used in Japan including import equipment and managing equipment list.
・Monitor/check HFC free conversion progress for all equipment in market
・Establish new management system of Performance/Quality of sales equipment for Japan business unit that replace current global KORE/Picasso system.
・Communicate with global equipment development group and QA group.
・Field Information Management/Trouble shooting after introducing new equipment./Bottler Contacts
・Product Line/Supplier expansion of already developed equipment
・Oversee vendability test of new products,packages and auxiliary packages for sales promotion
