仕事内容【PURPOSE/SUMMARY】
The Regional Supplier Quality Process and Project Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving the regional supplier quality management processes in cooperation with the Global Process Manager and Global process owner. This role manages the regional and local implementation in cooperation with the local and regional Experts and ensures training. This role drives Supplier Quality related projects in the regions.
【PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】
・Development, maintenance and continuously improvement of the global supplier quality processes in a region
・Drives the regional and local implementation and training of above processes in cooperation with the Global process Manager and the Global process owner
・Supports the development of the Future State of global Supplier Quality processes and develops local and regional processes as needed to support the global processes.
・Aligns regional processes with global Procurement organization
・Support Procurement in the development of the regional Procurement processes
・Manages the relationship with IT as it relates to the above processes and KPIs
・Support local Expert as SME
・Drives projects in the region related to supplier quality as project lead
経験・資格【MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS】
Education*:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical degree
Experience*:
- Supplier Quality,
- in process management position in a medical device company.(Or regulated industry)
- in project management
- Able to manage people
Skills:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to manage complexity, analytical, intercultural skills
- Strong process management capability, office 365, object oriented process management software
- Business level of English and Japanese
