経験・資格Site Operations Management
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times, according to the agreed upon Maintenance Plan.
Respond to emergency cases in the office and communicate with clients.
Conduct preparation and room set-up with movers for event services.
Support coordinators and other ambassadors to complete team tasks.
Establish a relationship with requestors for smooth operation.
Support planning, schedule, vendor arrangement for FM related Services.
Manage tasks to meet KPI’s requirements.
Vendor Management
Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards
Coordinate with the Mail Services vendor to meet KPI’s requirements (including monthly report and meetings with client)
Coordinate with the Mover Services vendor to meet KPI’s requirements (including inspection of vendor’s work)
Knowledge and skills required
Experience of Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Google G Suite is preferred)
Basic level of English and Native Japanese
