Job requirements
As a QA member for Bill One, you'll be entrusted with the following tasks.
Plan, design, and execute test plans
Based on the requirement definitions, make a test plan, design the details, and execute.
Failure analysis and quality improvement
Investigate and analyze the causes of failures and defects, and take measures to improve product quality.
Quality assurance verification
From the initial development stage, perform verification to maintain product quality.
Promote and manage test automation
Promote test automation and be in charge of its implementation and management.
Attraction
We're involved from the early product development stages, so we're able to work on improving product quality from the ground up.
You'll have the opportunity to be exposed to new initiatives, such as using AI to replace testing tasks.

Structure
Each product has its own QA team containing several employees and up to 10 business partners. The QA team as a whole has approx. 15 employees and 25 business partners.
There also is a team responsible for overall strategy across products, which includes approx. 4 experienced senior QA engineers.
Development Environment
Development languages: TypeScript, etc.
Test automation: Playwright, etc.
Infrastructure: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Azure, etc.
Version control: GitHub, etc.
Collaboration tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
経験・資格Required skills and experience
QA engineer
Test automation
Agile testing
If non-native Japanese speaker, able to submit resumes in English and Japanese.
Preferred skills and experience
Quality, cost, delivery (QCD) basic understanding and working experience
Various testing tools and frameworks
Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CICD) processes and tools
Modeling (the concept of seeing things at a higher level of abstraction)
Working with overseas and offshore QA teams
Language skill
Business-level English welcome.
If Japanese is not your first language, at least be at a JLPT N2 level
