【The Role】
●As Client Relationship Management of Health &Benefits Team,serve as the project manager and day to day communication liaison with our clients,contribute to client management and new business activities.

●Experiences and success in sales and marketing business.
●Strong financial skill,employee benefits skill for life and non-life insurance placement is desirable.
●Benefits consulting skill is preferable
●Strong sales-oriented mind,especially developing new business from the scratch.
●Manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables on time and within budget
●Manage client issues and relationship.
Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity
●Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
●Strong analytical and creative skills
The ability to see the ‘big picture,’leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients’business challenges
●Fundamental technical skill in MS Office (Outlook,Word,PowerPoint,and Excel)
●Proficiency in Japanese and English.Business level
●English is big plus.
●Bachelor’s degree required
