仕事内容The Finance organization at Japan strives to be an essential and trusted business partner, influencing decisions, providing insight, and driving productivity to achieve business results.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager who will be responsible for managing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes for one of the Business Units in Japan. The position requires a strong knowledge of finance and accounting, and excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English as the successful candidate will be working closely with senior management, global / cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Job Responsibilities:
・Work closely with various departments and individuals within the organization to understand their financial needs and to ensure accurate financial reporting
・Ensure the business is compliant to financial policies and procedures, maintaining internal controls and compliance to SOx
・Prepare and present monthly results, explain variance drivers and analyze data to support decisions
・Create monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Business Unit
・Support the strategic planning process by providing financial analysis and insights
・Monitor and forecast financial performance to ensure alignment with business goals
・Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for executive leadership
・Participate in cross-functional projects and assist other teams as required.
経験・資格Basic Requirements／必須経験やスキル:
・Experience in finance field in a multinational company or consulting/audit firm with experience in cross-functional work/project.
・Candidate must be fluent in Japanese and English
