仕事内容<職務内容>/ Job Responsibilities
IT System Analystは神戸工場にITサービスを提供し、該当ビジネス部門と協同しプロセスの分析及び提案をする。その後はプロジェクト計画、グローバルファンクション・開発部門をリードし、西神工場のビジネスゴールの支援を行う。このポジションはITソリューションやツールが品質保証と資産保全の規制ガイドラインを順守して実施する責務があり、MQ IT部長へ報告の義務がある。
IT System Analyst provides IT services to Seishin Manufacturing. They are responsible for analyzing business processes and creating proposal with business functions, leading implementation of IT solutions and process with global and development team to support the business goals of Seishin Manufacturing. This position should ensure that IT solutions and tools adhere to corporate and regulatory guidelines for Quality Assurance and Asset Protection. This position has responsibility for reporting To MQ IT leader at Seishin site.
・System Analysis: In the manufacturing/laboratories operation, it is essential to collect impactful needs to transformation via digitalization. Interfacing with stakeholder groups, analyze business requirements, aligning within global teams to standardize and prioritize the collected business requirements through defined governance is a key for the success of this role. Once project approved, lead the cross functional team to perform detailed analysis of some requirements, vendor selection and participate in the RFx process including vendor demos and providing feedback.
・IT Project Management: Leads IT project to Implement IT solutions effectively. Develops project plans for computer systems and executes the plan with quality requirement. Leads validation activity for IT project complying with GMP and corporate computer system requirements, develops validation documents ensuring the high quality of the computer systems.
・Computer Systems Management: Responsible for stable system operation complying with any corporate policies and guidance. Resolves incidents and change requests within committed service levels facilitates periodic reviews.
経験・資格【<必須経験/スキル・資格>/ Required Experience/Skills&Qualifications】
・学士号以上/ Bachelor’s Degree or higher
・IT経験/IT experience
・プロジェクト管理の経験・スキル/ Project management experience/skill
・ベンダー管理の経験/ Vendor management experience
・規制された環境での運用に関する知識と理解/ Knowledge and good understanding of operating in a regulated environment
・コンピュータシステムのバリデーションに関する知識/ Knowledge of computer system validation
・ビジネスレベルの英語以上、初級レベルの日本語以上/ Business level English or higher and introductory level Japanese or higher
・優れたコミュニケーションスキル/ Excellent communication skills
・クロスファンクショナルなチーム環境で他者と効果的に協力し、影響を与える能力/ Ability to work effectively with, and influence, others in a cross-functional team environment
