We expect this position to create values as a specialist in the field of Compensation,Benefit,Retirement Pension/Payment,Office Regulations and other workforce related issues.
●Support annual salary review,coordinate and execute bonus payment process and make a scheme of variable bonus
●Make plans and implement C&B related strategies,policies,methodologies,tools and guidelines
●Formulate strategies for C&B(e.g.Bonus,Pay mix analyses,salary range adjustment etc.)
●Develop reports relevant to C&B
●Integration of reward systems for each group entity
●Participation in various HR projects
・Leads different HR Projects (not just projects from the compensation and benefits area)

-C&B関連の戦略/方針/方法論/ツール/ガイドラインの立案と実施

-グループ各社の評価・規定の標準化を図る
-各種人事プロジェクト対応
