仕事内容・Act as the contact /liaison between Business and IT in Japan for SAP category in general.
・Understand the business needs from multiple business entities and initiate to deliver the solution.
・Collaborate with global teams to seek better business cases /solutions.
・Be a key member of SAP HANA migration projects for Japan.
・Lead small /middle size of projects，ex.SAP template deployment to new business entities.
・Provide SAP support in maintenance and operation with managing the contractors.
経験・資格Experience /Skill set
Mandatory
● Experience of SAP. PS (Project System) module experience is plus.
●Experience for small /medium size of project lead.
● Building strong relationships; excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills.
● The ability to communicate effectively and willingness to work in a diverse, intercultural environment
● Have a perspective on project success and client satisfaction
● Being motivated to change, always working toward improvement, regardless of the current method
● Language skills : Japanese - Native, English - Business level
Optional (nice to have)
● Facilitating innovation in business process and technical solution delivery.
● MBA and/or BA from a reputed University in Computer Science, Business
Administration or a related field
● Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced business environment
● PMP certification is a plus.
