Main responsibilities
・Conduct Mid-career/New graduates recruitment processes by developing the local networks (Agent,Public employment security office (Hellowork), Polytech Center, Job advertisements, Direct sourcing,etc.) for multiple business line(s) in assigned regions.
・Visit targeted schools and strengthen the Network (University, Technical College (Kosen),Vocational
school (Senmon Gakko), High school etc)
・Invoice processing
・Support for Internship administration
・Support for Induction training for New Grads
・Follow the recruitment KPI (Lead time etc.)

Educational background(学歴)： Bachelor
Experience(経験)： Mid career recruitment
Languages (required level)(語学)：Low Business Level English Native Level Japanese
Others(その他)： Google (Document, Slide, Spreadsheet)
