●Regional /Globalのオペレーション・チームやLocalにおける他部署等との連携

●Responsible for all accounts incl.medium to high complexity (i.e.complex reinsurance panels or captives structures)as Team Leader.Review and interpret source underwriting materials regarding completeness of required information -including broker presentation,slips,underwriting files and accounts -and ifrequired,escalation to UW in case of missing information.Acting as mentor /trainer /supervisor.
●Using all relevant information to accurately and efficiently populate IT system(s)with all relevant documentation.Compiling of manuscript wordings and nonstandard policy wordings.Regular reconciliation and discussion of content with UW.
●Proactively manage and self-prioritize own daily,weekly and monthly workflow to ensure key performance indicators and service standards are met.Ongoing monitoring,maintenance and follow-up of all accounts in the respective responsibility and escalation,if required.Contribute to work load
allocation within the team.
●System Super User or System Owner,representing the team in local and global as well as crooss-functional projects;provides instructions for specific topics on case-by-case basis.
