仕事内容Financial Analyst will collaborate and communicate proactively with various business partners such as Account Sales team, Revenue Accounting team, Legal team, Order Management team, and Sales Operation team, and Finance colleagues around the globe.
●Key Responsibilities:
・Engage in business partnering with Account Sales team to provide advice on deal structure and business models for commercial agreements in Japan.
・Support Account Sales team to drive deal approval matrix and manage different dynamics to strive for better deal quality while wining customers.
・Review contracts for consistency with deal structure and deal approval requirements.
・Review VAR orders and handle VAR licensing requests to support local VAR business.
・Work with different functional teams throughout the quote-to-cash process to support deal closing and ensure compliance with company’s booking policy.
・Perform different kinds of financial analysis and simulations relating to ad-hoc requests.
・Support preparation of various financial related reports, including quarterly business review meeting.
・Participate in cross sector finance projects to improve the current quote-to-cash processes as well as in business projects to provide financial insights to drive business decisions.
経験・資格Position Requirements:
・Experience in FP&A / Financial Analyst / Accounting role
・Bachelor's Degree in related field (U.S. CPA is a plus)
・Working experience in MNC (Experience in supporting Sales organization is a plus)
・Fluent in Japanese and business level English (at least the level of equivalent to a TOEIC score of 800)
・Advanced Excel skills such as building and applying advanced formulas, like VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH, being familiar with Macro-enabled Excel, and knowing what Pivot Table is and how to build one
・Excellent quantitative and analytical skills and an inquisitive disposition
・Extreme attention to detail, well organized and work proactively
・Ability to multi-task in a result driven business environment, meeting the deadline and work under pressure
