仕事内容・安全性部門と薬事部門において、これらの部門のリーダーと一緒にデジタル化を進めるビジネス・インテグレーターを募集致します。
・Use your learning agility to gain an understanding of your business partners needs, processes and the technology that they use to successfully deliver to their business partners
・Your communications skills will be used to become a translator of business needs and communicate these to your IT team in order to deliver successful projects and technology
・Your understanding of data flows, data visualization concepts will be key ways to enhance communication with business partners.
・Bring to bear your technology skills to do ad hoc data analysis as required.
・Partner with other organization to manage special projects
・Remain constantly curious and continually educate yourself on the technologies related to this role to ensure the current and future success of your business partners, teammates and yourself!
・Use your soft skills (relationship building, excellent communication) to influence business decisions, products, vendors, technologies we use to ensure the success of your team.

経験・資格【必須要件】
・ITシステム導入に関わった経験(必ずしも技術的に詳しい必要はない)
・ビジネスレベルの英語、流暢な日本語
・コミュニケーションスキルがあり、信頼関係構築ができる

・外資系コンサル・製薬会社出身
・MBA
Basic Qualifications
・IT related experience (Industry or Consulting firm)
・Business level Japanese / English communication
Additional Preferences
・Experience translating complex, ambiguous concepts into actionable plans
・Strong networking, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
・Familiarity with issue reporting tools such as JIRA
・Experience authoring business cases, validation documentation and cost/benefit analysis to ensure capability is competitive, compliant, and effective
・Experience/ knowledge in Regulatory Affairs and Patient Safety
