● Autonomously plan and deliver internal Training Programs including technical trainings and managers’ trainings with limited supervision
● Implement the actions to improve employees’ Engagement
● Lead Special session /events
● Implement Appraisal process
● Lead / Implement annual Appraisal process
Training programs ;
- Understand needs of people development at Business Line level and/or across organizations in this Group Companies and then create and execute training sessions with or under supervision of Talent Manager Sr. Manager
- Collect post training feedback and make the best use of them so as to improve program contents and delivery.
- Plan and deliver induction training programs for new grads and mid-career hired
- Search and assess external training vendors and co-work with them
- Administrations involved in training hour record by coordinating with business lines and entities
- Administration involved in qualification information database
Engagement Survey ;
- Implement Engagement Survey (i.e. Translation of questions, Setting the system, Development of the summary of result etc.)
- Support the development and implementation of follow up actions to improve the Engagement scores.
Special session / event ;
- Arrange the special sessions with other departments for the employees’ development, enhancement of diversity, etc.
Appraisal process ;
- Conduct the appraisal process prior to the process
- Set the system for appraisal
Others ;
- Support the budget management with TM Sr. Manager
- Support the harmonization from Talent Management perspective between the newly joined this Group.
- Collaborate on various matters with Global HQ and AP HQ team.
- Lead / support the various types of projects
