仕事内容＜職務内容＞
The Senior Manager/Manager?Alzheimer’s Brand Strategy plays a key role in developing a clear and compelling strategy to achieve the primary brand objective: delivering product to patients in need.
This role is responsible for leading the development and updates of strategic plans to drive product growth while also supporting the AD Brand Strategy Team Leader in crafting a longer term strategy to enhance ATT adoption and market uptake in 2026 and beyond. The position requires strong analytical skills to leverage data and insights in shaping strategic direction, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across the Brand Team and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless strategic execution.
【Key Objectives/Deliverables】
・Lead the development of core HCP strategic plans.
・Conduct agile strategic assessments to evaluate performance drivers and implement PDCA cycles accordingly.
・Manage workstreams under the AD long-horizon strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive project delivery and PDCA cycles.
・Partner with external innovation partners and cross-functional teams to explore new and effective approaches to shaping clinical pathways for AD.
経験・資格【Requirements and qualifications】
・Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
・Experience in brand marketing and/or central marketing roles.
・Experience in applying hypothetical thinking for strategy development.
・Ability to work independently and apply core marketing competencies incl. Customer Insights, and Analysis&Synthesis.
・Strong understanding of“gemba”
・Functional business English and Japanese proficiency
・Passion for leading and influencing others
・Confidence to embrace challenges, ask questions, and manage multiple projects.
・Proven track record of success.
