●We are looking for a dynamic and organized self-starter for a HR Business Partner at Knato Region (ex.Meguro,.Ichikawa).
The key client group (Fullfilment Center /New Business /Supply Chain Management department)is assigned based on candidate’s experience and/or career-oriented.
●The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role provides full cycle Human Resources support from headcouunt palnning,organization development.employee engagement to employee issue handiling for clients group.The role is critical in executing our people initiatives,providing great internal customer support,and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
●HRBP is expected to perform a strong expertise in HR field by Ownership and Dive Deep of existing HR processes/procedures and proactively introducing a new technology in order for HR practice to be much more effective and efficient.To realize these activities,this position is expected to perform hands-on HR activities to get trust from others by demonstration of interprsonal skill,especially with Site Leader /Function Leader /Department Leader.
●This position is also expected true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse”of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement through periodical one on one such as New Hire’s one on one for smooth onboarding /retention.When it is identified our management concerns,she/he creates the solution with stakeholders and drives their action as partner.

●Working experience for 300 or more employees with employment complexities or for global/cross-cultural industries and company will be a strong plus.
●The basic candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5 year HR experience.
●Native level for writing/speaking/reading Japanese and the business level English will be required.
