●Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field from a four-year college or university is desirable but not required; 人事、労務関連の学士尚可
Certified Social Insurance Labore is desirable but not required; 社労士資格保有者大歓迎
Working experience as HR Business Partner at ideally, global companies ;HRビジネスパートナーとして、企業での勤務経験
Certified Social Insurance Labore is desirable but not required; 社労士資格保有者大歓迎
Experience in drafting and implementing rules of employment is desired; 就業規則の草案作成、策定経験尚可
